The Jump Manual Program by Mr. Jacob Hiller is a program that claims that it can take an athlete in a good shape and help hm or her in increasing their vertical jump 10″ within 2 weeks. When I first came across what seemed to be a bold and preposterous claim, fake was the first world that came to mind. How on earth a volleyball and/or a basketball player can increase his or her vertical jump so much in that short of a time. So in order to find out the truth I decided I would investigate it and see what are others have to say.

The Jump Manual Program, AKA, The Jump Manual Guide is a program geared toward basketball and volleyball players who would like to increase their vertical jump. The program targets in a methodical manner the training of every aspect of the vertical jump in order to maximize and produce what is know as vertical jump explosion.
